The Pasco Cloud Beta Program

Pasco Cloud is currently in beta. If you're considering signing up — or you're already using the platform — here's what that means in practical terms.

What you can expect

The platform works. Beta doesn't mean broken. The core infrastructure — authentication, data storage, file handling, backups — has been built to production standards from day one. Your inspection reports, issue logs, and project data are stored securely and reliably.

Features are being added regularly. New capabilities ship frequently during beta. Sometimes weekly. You'll see the platform grow and improve in real time. If something you need isn't there yet, it might be next week.

The UI may evolve. Layouts, navigation, and workflows may change as we refine the experience based on real usage. We'll always aim to make things better, not just different. If a change affects your workflow, let us know.

Bugs may exist. Despite thorough testing, a beta product may have issues that only surface with real-world use. If you encounter something unexpected, report it. Every bug report makes the platform better for everyone.

What we commit to

ChatGPT Image Mar 26, 2026, 01_41_07 AM.png Your data is safe. All data created during beta carries over to production. There is no reset, no wipe, no "start again" at launch. The projects, reports, and documents you create now are yours to keep.

Your data is secure. Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens in httpOnly cookies. Files are stored on AWS S3. Passwords are hashed. The security model is production-grade regardless of the beta label.

We won't remove features you rely on. If a feature is available in beta, it will be available at production launch. We may improve how it works, but we won't pull the rug out from under you.

We listen. Beta users have a direct line to the development team. Feedback isn't filtered through three layers of support — it goes straight to the people building the platform.

What we ask of you

Report bugs. If something doesn't work as expected, tell us. A quick message describing what happened is more valuable than you might think.

Share feedback. If a workflow feels clunky, if you wish a feature existed, if something delights you — we want to hear it. Use the contact form at pasco.cloud or reach out directly.

Be patient with rough edges. Some screens might not be perfectly polished yet. Some error messages might be more technical than they should be. These things get fixed, but they take time.

What beta does not mean

It does not mean your data is at risk. The infrastructure is production-grade. Beta refers to the feature set and user experience, not the reliability of data storage.

It does not mean the platform is unreliable. Downtime is rare and communicated in advance when possible. We're not running this on a laptop under someone's desk.

It does not mean free forever. Pasco Cloud will have paid plans at production launch. Beta users will receive advance notice of pricing and may receive early-adopter benefits. During beta, the platform is free to use.

The timeline
